My best friend called me tonight, first time we have TALKED in a few weeks, or more. And It just made my day! We text all the time, but we never get a chance to talk- see, she lives in AZ, so we dont see much of eachother, so its nice to have that time with her! I miss her like crazy!!
I have been thinking a lot about people in my life the last few weeks, as I get older, I start to lose relationships and gain others, I think that is what life is, is love, loss, and change, right? I have however made it a point to keep certain people in my life.. such as family. I have made it a point to text my family as often as I think about it and say something as simple as "I love you" or "how are you?" I may not always get a reply, but at least I am saying it.. maybe some day one of them will say to themselves 'no one is there for me', and hopefully they will remember me.
Then there are people who just bring me down, and make me feel bad about myself, and drag me down.. making me feel like I am not going any where in life, or make everything into a competition.. those are the people I try to butt out of it..
my birthday was this last tuesday, Chase was so thoughtful! He got me a AMAZING flash for my camera!! Its a wireless one, so I can put it ON my camera, or use it behind the person, up to 300 feet! So its really nice!! I cant wait to have my next shoot, so I can use it and go crazy!! :)
My photography is coming along! I have been taking a class every saturday for it, and I have been pretty busy with it ( for working full time, thats a big deal.. lol!)
I still LOVE my full time job, the Doctor I work for is AMAZING, and so are the girls. I just love going to work! I look foreward to it!!! Every day I learn something new, whether it is from Dr. Smith, who knows more fact and history than ANYONE I have ever known, or if it is from Jenny and Carrie-- who know more about entertainment than ANYONE I know. lol, I love my job, and hope to keep it for a few years!
Chase is doing GREAT at school, he has been getting A's the entire time, and some times A+, his teachers always love him, and he is usually miles ahead of everyone in there- doesn't suprise me! My bestie called him a genious today, and I would have to agree with her, he is very smart, and always suprises me with his genious!
Last week, we went to a Blue October concert, and a Demolition derby, so it was a GREAT week, and this week was my birthday, so it was GREAT too :)
Well, that is all! Its tubby time! :)
